Terms of Use for BetLabel Players in Ireland

These terms set out how your BetLabel account works, what we expect from you as a player and what you can expect from us. By registering, depositing or playing at BetLabel you agree to the full text below.
- Eligibility
BetLabel accounts are open only to individuals aged 18 or over. If you are playing from Ireland, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for gambling in this market and that online casino play is lawful where you are located at the time of play. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, and to suspend an account until that proof is provided.
You may hold only one account with BetLabel. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under your own details or those of a household member, may be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited under these terms.
- Account Rules
You are responsible for keeping your login details, password and any two-factor method confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is treated as your own activity unless you notify our support team of unauthorised access without delay.
- Registration details must be accurate: full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address.
- One account per person, per household and per payment method.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person.
- We may ask for identity and address verification before a withdrawal is processed, in line with standard player protection checks.
- Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee or balance adjustment after an extended period without login, as described in full at account level.

- Payments

We do not accept deposits made from accounts, cards or wallets that are not registered in the player's own name. Any such deposit may be reversed and the related winnings may be void under these terms.
- Player Conduct
BetLabel accounts must be used fairly. We do not tolerate the use of bots, automated betting scripts, collusion between accounts, or any attempt to exploit a technical error for financial gain. If a game malfunctions, published game rules on the affected title take precedence over any displayed result, and we reserve the right to void affected rounds.
Abusive conduct towards support staff, attempts to defraud the platform, or breach of these terms may result in suspension or closure of your account. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any outstanding bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited, while a genuine player balance built from qualifying real-money play is normally returned subject to standard verification.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment partners or regulatory requirements in Ireland. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect. Continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Entity
The registered company name, registration details and correspondence address for the entity operating BetLabel are published in the site footer. Please confirm those details there before you register or deposit, as they form part of the full legal agreement between you and us.
- Responsible Play
